From September 1 to 2, 2020, an online conference was held, which was a Kick-off event of the international project "Boosting creative industries in urban regeneration for a stronger Danube region". The aim of this project is to enrich and restore the Danube region. In order to achieve this goal, the participants of the conference outlined the following tasks to be performed:
1. Establishment of international and inter-city cooperation.
2. Improving the tools and mechanisms of management and control over the information system of the region.
3. Support of innovative ideas of SME-s in the field of CCIs.
4. Introduction of innovations in SME-s to improve their activities.
This project involves 25 Beneficiaries from 11 countries (Ukraine, Romania, Germany, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Moldova, Estonia and Austria). All project participants will perform tasks in order to achieve a common goal, as laid down in the acronym of the project "Restarting the Danube" (RESTART_4Danube).
