On Septemebr 24, 2021, in the Town of Michalovce there was held an opening ceremony of reconstructed, furnishied and equipped cultural monument "The Golden Bull" for the needs of a municipal gallery and tourist information centre within the project "Through the art we ruin borders" which is implemented within the framework of the ENI CBC “Hungary - Slovakia - Romania – Ukraine” 2014-2020 Programme, co-financed by the European Union. The Lead Beneficiary is the city of Mihalovce. Project partners: Department of International Cooperation and Innovation of Uzhhorod City Council, Ukraine, Informational Center for Innovation and Development “NOVUM”, Ukraine, Municipality of Sátoraljaújhely, Hungary.
In addition, a press conference was held highlighting the main achievements of the project. Moreover, the gallery hosted an exhibition “Zemplin withut border”.
