Public Informational Center for Innovation and Development “NOVUM”was established in 2000 to support and develop a talented and active youth, as a youth public organization. In the process of development, the organization has expanded its activities and supports strategic initiatives for capacity development to promote comprehensive growth and sustainable human development. Through the partnership with national, regional and local authorities, civil society and the private sector, NOVUM aims to support Transcarpathian region and Ukraine on the path to poverty reduction, human potential development, economics, environmental protection and promotion of information and innovation technologies. NOVUM actively participates in projects funded by international programs.
